The Expo Design & Experience Conclave (EDEC) 2026 is envisioned as a focused industry platform bringing together the people, ideas and capabilities shaping the future of exhibitions. More than a conventional conference, EDEC is designed as a meeting point for the core stakeholders of the exhibition and event ecosystem. On 9 October 2026, the World Trade Centre - Expo Hall, Mumbai, will host this closed-door, premium conclave, bringing together exhibition and event organisers, association leaders, venue professionals, expo designers, stand fabricators, branding and experiential specialists, event technology companies and other key industry stakeholders. The programme will feature leadership conversations, a keynote and panel discussion, the Event Partners Forum (EPF), focused leadership roundtables, curated networking and the Expo Design and Experience A List Honors 2026, recognising companies contributing to the advancement of exhibition design and event technology. A key component of EDEC is the Event Partners Forum (EPF), a focused platform connecting event and exhibition solution providers with organisers and industry decision-makers through structured presentations and direct interaction. The Expo Design and Experience A List Honors 2026 is an annual editorial initiative by Exhibition Showcase, recognising the companies redefining how exhibitions are designed, built and experienced across design, innovation, technology, craftsmanship, sustainability, execution and customer experience. EDEC is being developed with the guidance of MBB Consultancy as its Advisory Partner, bringing professional industry perspective and strategic insight to the platform.
