The Expo Design & Experience Conclave (EDEC) 2026 is envisioned as a focused industry platform bringing together the people, ideas and capabilities shaping the future of exhibitions. More than a conventional conference, EDEC is designed as a meeting point for the core stakeholders of the exhibition and event ecosystem, where design, technology and experience come together to influence how exhibitions are conceived, built and experienced. Exhibitions are evolving rapidly. Stand design is becoming more experiential, technology is becoming increasingly integrated, and organisers are looking beyond conventional formats to create stronger engagement and greater value for audiences and brands. EDEC brings these perspectives together to examine this evolution and explore what the next generation of exhibitions could look like. On 9 October 2026, the World Trade Centre - Expo Hall, Mumbai, will host this closed-door, premium conclave, bringing together exhibition and event organisers, association leaders, venue professionals, expo designers, stand fabricators, branding and experiential specialists, event technology companies and other key industry stakeholders. The programme will feature leadership conversations, a keynote and panel discussion, the Event Partners Forum (EPF), focused leadership roundtables, curated networking and the Expo Design and Experience A List Honors 2026, recognising companies contributing to the advancement of exhibition design and event technology. With a curated audience of approximately 250 industry professionals, EDEC aims to create an environment where conversations are focused, connections are relevant and ideas can move beyond discussion towards meaningful collaboration.
